What is a House Ambassador?
The role of the Ambassador is to monitor the house while children and caregivers attend the group. Ambassadors support FoA staff by assisting in calls for help, such as when a child requires comfort or de-escalation is needed. Ambassadors greet families and take attendance, assist with group set-up, clean-up, prep work.
Volunteers must complete all steps in the onboarding process and attend the orientation training. A time commitment for all three series (24 evenings) is requested.
