Sharing Grief. Honoring Love. Inspiring Hope.On June 12th this year, Friends of Aine held its second annual community event for anyone experiencing grief. Presented by the Nicholas Family, the 2022 “Gathering in Remembrance: Sharing Grief. Honoring Love. Inspiring Hope.” included a keynote address by Paul Thayer, MA, MDiv, DM, Clinical Associate Professor and Program Co-Director for Child Life & Family-Centered Care at Boston University’s Wheelock College of Education and Human Development, a remembrance tribute video, a children’s artwork exhibit, kids activities, community services, and a butterfly release.
