In partnership with the Kentucky Center for Grieving Children and families, Friends of Aine is proud to offer the Peer Healing Virtual Teen Grief Group.
This evidence-based curriculum allows teens the opportunity to connect with others who have experienced loss. The program is open to teens ages 13-18, and space is limited. Groups will be held via Zoom beginning February 1st.
Grieving kids begin to heal and learn coping skills when they talk about their feelings and share stories. Backpack activities are designed to start these types of conversations. We're partnering with schools to help kids heal.
Volunteers are the heart of Friends of Aine, offering essential support for grieving children, teens, and families. If you're interested in volunteering for Friends of Aine, we're grateful. Get involved!
